It\u2019s home to 128 units and hundreds of families \u2014 most working- and middle-class homeowners who trusted that their dues were being used responsibly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But instead, many learned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Their walls had been shifted by 1.5 inches without notice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Their insulation was ripped out and never replaced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Their windows no longer fit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Their assessments were rising with no budget transparency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Their calls for help were met with police intimidation, legal threats, or total silence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83c\udfa5 Video Evidence \u2013 Community Neglect<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The same patterns of neglect and mismanagement seen in my unit can be found throughout <strong>Phase 1 and Phase 2<\/strong>, long before Phase 3 construction began.
